Our gorgeous daughter received an offer for a place from her first choice of University today.
The year 12 results don't come out until next Monday.
As long as she passes English, she's in.
There were over 800 applicants for 45 places.
She's one of the lucky - and talented - ones.
Just so happy and proud for her ( my hands are still shaking and she opened the letter five hours ago!)
Congratulations (to both her and you!)!

DeleteCommunications Design - so different campus. I hear they had 1000 applications and only took 45! I imagine a similar story for textiles - well done to them and to us - makes Monday results a lot easier too
DeleteThat is most excellent news!
ReplyDeleteLeah has to wait 'til Tuesday for a snail mail notification of ATAR because she can't remember her VTAC pin (sigh). I wait until mid-January depending on VTAC verifying my 31-year-old Queensland year 12 results (sigh).
Good luck to you both!
