Italian Christmas pudding cake


I'm going to have a little blog holiday til the end of the week because I have too much to do both at home and work..... but here is Nigella Lawson's Christmas pudding cake, recipe from her latest book:I made it for last night's dinner guests. It uses a whole pannetone, marsala, mascarpone, cream, pistachios, chocolate and I used craisins instead of pomegranate seeds and ditched the candied chestnuts. Big, heavy, delectable cake - very easy recipe. Recommended.
